Where does your energy come from?

How do you wake up every day and find the strength to keep pushing?

How do you workout 2-3 times a day and eat healthy?

I stay in great shape for many reasons.

First off working out and eating right will give your body much more natural energy. I also take great pride in getting my body to levels that even I may think are unattainable. The biggest reason I do what I do is to inspire others. If I can help one person then maybe they will do the same for someone that may never come in contact with me.

The word that sums all of this up is PASSION. I work more than the average person but I love what I do so it is not work to me. Waking up in the morning everyday with that desire to do more and continuing to work hard because I know I have the capability of helping so many people.

He would probably be in Muscle and Fitness himself if he were alive; Bruce Lee was one of the most disciplined and hard working people ever. He showed through hard work and sacrifice you can accomplish anything…

In this month’s issue I’m demonstrating tabata interval training which was designed by the Japanese Olympic speed skating coach. He wanted his athletes in the best shape possible. I’ts one of the most intense workouts ever.

I had a dream from the age of 18 wanting to be a top fitness model and to be in my favorite magazine Muscle and Fitness. 10 years later – my dream came true. I worked very hard to get my body in great shape and stayed dedicated to keeping a healthy lifestyle.
