I’ve been a Personal Trainer for 4yrs. I love changing lives and motivating people everyday. I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, and moved to Kansas to pursue a dream to play professional football. I took a gamble for something that most thought was a shot in the dark, but I fought through the negatives and judgments and started at Safety for a professional Arena Football team. I have found my path and it has always been with health and fitness. I competed in my first competition in the Model Universe June 2009 and loved it. I’m a competitor at heart and plan on competing again in the near future. I’m a trainer that cares an extreme amount for your goals and will push you to your maximum potential. I love challenges, so if you tell me you don’t think you can get ripped or lose the weight, not only will I get your mind right, but I will transform you like crazy. I’m a chameleon that adapts to different personalities. With my high intensity and energy I will carry it over to you, so get ready. I am certified in NASM CPT, NASM CES, ISSA and CPR.
